Gladden's Mobile Refund Policy

 

We will correct any major complaints within 24 hours or your next visit will be discounted, however we do not issue refunds.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your service when it is completed. Contact us immediately if you are not satisfied with the work that was done so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All complaints MUST be reported within 24 hours of the service.

Refunds
We do not issue refunds. However, if you would like to contact us regarding an issue please do so. We work hard to make sure you leave happy. We will notify you of our decision once we’ve inspected your request, and let you know if it was approved or not.
